Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders of €199 or more. This benefit applies to both domestic and international orders.
Taxes and Duties
Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.
Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time
- Order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order cut-off time will be 03:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Prague)

Shipping Delay
There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including
- Weather conditions
- Holiday seasons
- Errors by the shipping company (UPS/USPS)
Important: Allen & Moore cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. Customs authorities solely determine when to release your package, and we have no control over this process.
Shipping Status
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. You cannot exchange custom or pre-ordered pieces for other designs.
Item Not Received
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at hi@nympholife.com.
Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hi@nympholife.com or call us at +420292332342 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.
Incorrect address
If we return your order because you provided an incorrect address at checkout, you will bear the additional shipping costs.
